Speaker submission deadline is December 31, 2009

The KMS program committee has decided to set the submission deadline for speaking proposals to the end of 2009. At this point, we have received enough proposals to fill about half of the agenda, and would like to have the whole agenda ready by January. For more details on submitting proposals, please see the KMS 2010 speaking proposal page.
